Daily Habits
- Daily bread prayer (first thing in the morning)
- Mini WOD in AM (pushups, core, air squats)
- Time with the Lord, 5-5-5
- Daily declarations
- Eat whole foods (simple meals)
- Avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates
- Simple WOD (rowing, kettlebell exercises, pull-ups, wall ball shots)
- No eating after dinner
- Light exercise after dinner (walk or trampoline)
- Deep breathing/ Meditation/Forgiveness/Repentance/Gratitude
- Take Krill Oil
- Journal with God
- Put up phone at 8:00
- 8 Hours of sleep
