Name: Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Directions: 1. If you didn't buy your chicken in tender form at the grocery store, cut it into strips using kitchen shears. 2. In a gallon-sized bag, mix 1/2 cup of hot sauce or compliant buffalo sauce with 1-2 tablespoons of melted ghee. Add the chicken strips to the bag and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. 3. Pour the tenders along with the leftover liquid into a skillet. Turn on medium heat and cover, uncovering every three to five minutes to flip the chicken. 4. Once the chicken strips are cooked all the way through, place them to the side to cool and serve.
