Name: Chicken Nuggets
Directions: 1. Cut your chicken breast into small pieces. 2. Place your coconut flour or other flour substitute in a container. Crack your egg in a separate container. 3. Dredge the chicken first through the egg and then through the flour. 4. In a skillet, warm up two tablespoons of ghee. Once the ghee has melted, place the coated chicken pieces in it, flipped with tongs every two minutes until they're cooked all the way through.
