Name: Easy Chicken Fajitas

Directions: 1. In a skillet over medium heat, add coconut oil, onion and garlic. Sautee until the onions are translucent. 2. Slice up three bell peppers -- colors are optional and add them to the skillet along with seasonings. 3. Take a rotisserie chicken and shred it with your hands and add it to the skillet. 4. Cover it with a lid and steam for five minutes. 5. Serve as is or over lettuce wraps.
