Name: Easy Paleo Pizza Bake

Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large skillet, brown one pound of lean ground beef. Once it is cooked, drain the meat and return it to the skillet. 3. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauteeing until the onions are translucent. 4. Add cleaned and chopped mushrooms and spinach to the mixture. Stir for five to ten minutes or until the spinach is wilted. 5. Add the can of tomato sauce, the can of diced tomatoes and the Italian seasoning. 6. Once you've mixed together all of your ingredients, transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking container. 7. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes. When you pull it out, top it lightly with parmesan cheese if your diet permits and enjoy!
