Name: Fish Tacos
Directions: 1. Take two filets of your fish of choice (ours is cod) and cut them up into small cubes. In a separate container, pour one cup of almond flour. In another seperate container, crack on egg. 2. Dredge the fish pieces through the egg and then through the flour. Heat up one tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet. Once you have completed the dredging process, put the fish in the skillet to cook. 3. Cook on medium heat for five to ten minutes or until each fish piece is cooked all the way through. 4.
