Name: Hamburger Salad

Directions: 1. This salad is a delicious and nontraditional, but in my experience, it is best if eaten fresh. First, put two eggs on to boil in a small pot. 2. While you're waiting on the eggs to boil, pull out your ground beef and begin browning it. 3. Then, take your bacon and start cooking it in a separate skillet or a cast iron skillet if you have one. 4. While those three things are cooking, chop up your lettuce, spinach and cherry tomatoes finely. 5. When your eggs have finished boiling, remove them from heat and allow them to cool before peeling them and chopping them up. Toss them in a bowl with your lettuce and chopped tomatoes. 6. When your meat has finished browning, drain the grease off VERY well. After draining it through a colander, use a paper towel to press the meat and absorb any last grease. 7. When your bacon has finished cooking, drain it using a plate covered with a paper towel. After it has cooled sufficiently, use a pair of kitchen shears to chop it up over the lettuce mixture. 8. Make a bowl of your lettuce mixture and top it with the hamburger meat while it's still warm. Top it with Paleo mayo and/or mustard. Note: If you want to store this, store the meat separately so it can be reheated without making the rest of the salad soggy or greasy. You can also add cheese if your diet allows.
