Name: Pork and Veggie Quiche
Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Take your shredded or pulled pork and mix it in a bowl with a chopped head of broccoli, spinach, sliced mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste and paprika. Mix together and add in six eggs. Mix together quickly. 3. In a cake or casserole pan, rub down the sides with butter or olive oil before pouring the egg mixture in. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the egg is cooked all the way through. When you pull it out of the oven, top with a pinch of cheddar cheese if your diet allows.
