Name: Roasted Asparagus

Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. 2. Take your bunch of asparagus and rinse it thoroughly. 3. Chop off the hard rubbery ends of the asparagus a few inches up from the bottom. 4. Lay the asparagus flat on a cookie pan. Using a spritzer, coat the vegetables with olive oil. 5. Add salt and pepper to taste. 6. Bake in the oven for fifteen minutes before serving.
