Name: Rosemary Roasted Carrots

Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Peel and slice 10 carrots "hotdog" style into long, slender pieces before placing them on a baking sheet or stone. 3. In a small container, combine olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. 4. Using a basting brush, coat each carrot stick with your oil and seasoning mixture. 5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
