Name: Salmon with Pear and Walnut Chutney
Directions: 1. On an indoor grill or flat grilling pan, place two salmon filets over low heat. 2. Season the filets with salt, pepper and any other seasonings or rubs of choice. 3. Add a chopped pear and walnuts to your food processor and pulse a few times, creating a chunky sort of relish. 4. When the salmon is cooked all the way through, top it with the chutney and serve.
