Name: Sauteed Spinach
Directions: 1) Thaw out frozen spinach either overnight or throughout the day 2) Thoroughly drain spinach by squeezing it in your hands or using cheese cloth or hand towel. 3) Heat small pan and melt ghee over medium heat. 4) Add spinach to the pan and saute for about 5 minutes. Use as a simple side dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner! For additional flavor, top with fresh salsa or some type of clean store bought salsa.
