Name: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Cut your spaghetti squash in half and clean out the seeds in the middle into the trashcan. Rub the inner edges down with olive oil and salt and pepper. Place them face down on a baking sheet and bake for thirty minutes or until the flesh of the squash is soft. 2. In a skillet, melt on tablespoon of coconut oil. Slice up half of one white onion and two cloves of garlic. Add them to the skillet and cook them until they're brown. Add in washed mushrooms and cook for five minutes or so until they're done. Remove from heat. 3. In a separate skillet, brown your ground beef until it is cooked all the way through. Once you drain your grease off, put the meat back into the skillet and add the onion, garlic and mushroom mixture. Add in one can of tomato paste, one container of tomato sauce and 1 1/2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning. Bring the sauce to a simmer and put a lid on it, stirring occasionally. 4. Once your spaghetti squash is finished cooking, pull it out of the oven. Once it's cooled down enough to touch, use a spoon to pull the noodles out of the squash by scraping the insides (similar to how you would clean out a pumpkin, except the insides are fibrous in a spaghetti squash) 5. Mix the two together or serve the noodles and sauce separately.
