Tia-Clair Toomey has quite the rookie season. In fact, the 2015 Rookie of the Year debuted in second place last year in Carson.

The 22-year-old is a lifelong athlete who first dreamed of going to the Olympics as a track and field athlete. That dream was enough to get her into college on a running scholarship, but somewhere after graduation, she found her dream slowly slipping away from her.
